AGRA TOUR BUS | TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booking and Payment:
- a. Reservations can be made online or at our office.
- b. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking.
- c. Full payment must be made before the commencement of the tour.
Cancellation Policy:
- a. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the tour date will receive a 50% refund.
- b. Cancellations made within 14 days of the tour date are non-refundable.
Tour Itinerary:
- a. The Company reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.
- b. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable factors.
Conduct and Safety:
- a. Customers must follow the guide's instructions during the tour.
- b. Seat belts must be worn at all times during the bus journey.
- c. The Company is not liable for any injuries or loss of personal belongings during the tour.
Responsibility:
- a. The Company is not responsible for any third-party services, activities, or accommodations during the tour.
- b. Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.
